It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Adam Dean Chapman, 49, of Manchester, NH, he passed away peacefully on August 10, 2024 after a long battle with colon cancer. Born in Methuen, Massachusetts, on July 9, 1975, Adam graduated from John Stark Regional High School and spent his life fostering a remarkable blend of artistic talent and mechanical expertise.
Adam was known for his quick wit and smart-aleck humor, which brought laughter and lightness to many. His ability to fix anything—a true "MacGyver"—was complemented by his artistic skills, particularly in drawing. He also had a special talent for making his homemade French fries and chocolate chip cookies, which were beloved by his family as his kids were growing up.
He is survived by his mother, Deborah Moore; sister, Deanna Chapman; daughter, Haleigh Tighe and her husband, Shane Tighe; granddaughters, Juliette and Elowen Tighe; son, Kalob Chapman; and stepdaughters, Alyssa Brooks and Jolie Mellor. Adam was predeceased by his father, Paul Moore; wife, Amy Mellor Chapman; and daughter, Trislynn Chapman Mellor.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no memorial services at this time. Adam's life and legacy will continue to be honored by his loved ones through the memories they cherish and the stories they share.
