Alan Lester Doty

Alan L. Doty, 60, of 13 Burgess Street, Nashua died on June 27, 2000 at Hospice House in Concord after a lengthy illness. Mr. Doty was born on March 11, 1940 in Beverly, MA the son of Mabel (MacDonald) Doty and the late Winthrop Doty. He was a quality control engineer for Digital Equipment for over 10 years and traveled for them extensively throughout the country. He was a member of the NH Chapter of the Blue Knights and member of the American Society for Quality Control. Family members include; his wife of 36 years, Joan (Mallett) Doty; one daughter, Mrs. Lee (Michelle) Caldwell of Richmond, VA; his mother, Mabel Doty of Leesburg, FL; three grandchildren; two brothers, Roger Doty of Westerly, Rhode Island and Boyd Doty of Alabama; and one sister, Mrs. Elaine Churchill of Massachusetts.
