Albert E. Berube

Albert E. Berube, 86, of 10 Rita Avenue in Raymond died on May 30, 2002 at his home after a lengthy illness. Mr. Berube was born on July 30, 1915 in Fall River, MA the son of the late Joseph and Leona (Parent) Berube. He was a baker for Rousseau Bakery in Fall River, MA. He then served in the U S Army fighting in Germany, England and Paris during World War II. After the war he spent the next 25 years working as a meat cutter for the VA Hospital in North Providence, RI. Albert finally retired in 1978 and moved to New Hampshire with his wife of 62 years, Orianna M. (Mandeville) Berube. Besides his wife, he leaves behind a sister, Mrs. Raymond (Lorraine) Patanaude of Somerset, MA and a niece, Mrs. Chris (Susan) Juluies of Portsmouth, RI. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 15th at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Epping.
