Albert Jospeh Castine

Albert J. Castine, 80, of Epping died November 22, 2003 at his home following a lengthy illness. Mr. Castine was born on September 13, 1923 in Haverhill, MA the son of the late William and Maryanne (Brodreau) Castine. He was a U S Air Force Veteran who served in World War II. Mr. Castine was last employed as a woodworker at Sid Roger Chairs in Byfield, MA. He retired in 1975. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time however his greatest pleasure was spending time with his family. Family members include; his wife of 54 years, Jo Ann A. (Hart) Castine; two sons, Albert Castine and his wife Heather of Epping, NH and Timothy Castine and his wife Joni also of Epping, NH; one daughter, Kathleen Pepin and her husband, Alan of Byfield, MA; 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; two brothers, Henry Castine of Merrimack, MA and William Castine of Haverhill, MA; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one son Richard who died in 1986 and by three brothers, Louis, Richard and Robert. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Church on Route 27 in Epping, NH.
