Albert J. Sexton, Sr., 73, of Rochester, died March 13, 2020 in the comfort of his home, with his loved ones by his side.
Born on April 20, 1946 in Trenton, NJ, he was the son of the late Harry Sexton, Sr. and Elsie (McDaniel) Sexton. He was the husband of Sandra (Abbott). They were married on April 22, 1986 in Farmington, NH.
Prior to owning and operating his own plumbing company, Albee Plumbing & Heating, Al worked as a master plumber for Martel Plumbing & Heating for many years.
Al was a lifetime member of the Victory Club in Rochester, NH. He was an avid pool player and had a love for gambling. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved going for long rides to the shore and up north to the mountains with his wife of 41 years.
In addition to his parents, Al was predeceased by his five brothers, Charles "Honeyboy", Harry "Bubby", George, Bill, and Louis Sexton.
Al is survived by his wife, Sandra; four children, Barbara and her husband Steve of Florida, Albert, Jr. and his significant other Maureen of Wells, ME, Tammy of Rochester, NH, and Stacey of Rochester, NH; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; brother, Bobby Sexton and wife Cheryl of Rochester, NH; two sisters, Debbie Beatty and husband Wayne of Lebanon, ME, and Elsie Healey of Rochester, NH; many nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
