Alfreda Barbara Wells-Delgrego, 79, of Loudon, died September 25th surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Concord January 31, 1931, the daughter of Clarence and Effie (Gullage) Wells. She graduated from Concord High School in 1949 and attended Bible College. Barbara worked for GE in Lynn, MA.
For 39 years Barbara was the loving wife of Donald Delgrego. They were Snowbirds and spent much of their time in Homosassa, FL. When in NH, Barbara attended Faith Tabernacle Church in Concord.
Barbara leaves behind her husband Donald; daughter Laurie Yanis and her husband Michael; son Timothy Langlois and his wife Darlene; foster daughter Shannon Vincent; brother Clarence âRedâ Wells; sister Dorothy Breeze; sister-in-law Charlotte Wells; niece Audrey Wells; grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Ernest Wells; and her sister, Mary Boyce.
She was loved by so many and will be missed by all who knew her. A special remembrance is noted, âFrom her grateful, loving children Tim and Laurie; not only in recognition of us, but of all her service to others.â
There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at Faith Tabernacle Church, 164 East Side Drive in Concord on Thursday, September 30th at 10:30a.m. followed by a committal service at Moore Cemetery in Loudon.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations in Barbaraâs memory be made to Faith Tabernacle Church or CRVNA Hospice House.
