Alice M. Reilly

Alice M (Simonds) Reilly Passed away December 18, 2019 at the Morrison in Whitefield N.H with family at her side. She was born in Lancaster On a cold winter day Jan.28,1954 to William and Betty Elkins Simonds. She was welcomed home by four siblings and quickly became a family favorite. She was a lifelong resident of Lancaster and graduated from White Mountain High School and from Business College in Concord, NH. In 1982 she married Richard Reilly of Litchfield, N.H.

Alice worked for many local businesses in Lancaster most recent PJ where she made many lasting friends. Her greatest love was family, she loved family cookouts, parties and picnics, and annual fall trips to Jackson N.H. Nature was her second love and she spent many hours taking in the sights of the North Country. She loved watching for moose, bear and deer and was rewarded with seeing some beautiful animals in the wild. She enjoyed the views surrounding her and she often could be seen riding on a dirt road with Mom by her side. She enjoyed feeding the birds in her yard and sometimes a bear would stop by to her delight.

To Know Alice was a joy. She was loved by all who knew her. She was a kind, gentle soul who was quick to share and quick to smile.

Surviving are her four siblings Brother William Simonds and his wife Cathy of Collingswood, N.J , Sister Mary (Mckenna) Simonds and husband Tom Of Concord N.H. Brother Robert Simonds and wife of Keene N.H Sister Anne (Simonds) Normandeau and husband Bob of North Berwick, Maine Nieces Beth Sprankle Husband Jake and Tanner and Finn Peg Kirpatrick and Husband Ted and son Will Stacey Reznick and Husband Jim Nephews Ben Simonds wife Julie and children Nick and Lauren Brian Mcenna and children Connor and Hayden Scott Normandeau wife Deana and children Shane and Quinn Michael Normandeau and children Jonah, Caleb and Ella. Also she leaves behind Lauren ,someone she loved dearly and was very close to her heart and her lifelong friend Services are pending.
