Alice S. Seward

Alice S. Seward (Brown), 83, of Candia, passed away at home after a long illness.  The youngest of 13 children, she is predeceased by all her siblings, and by her parents Ira & Lillian (Peabody) Brown of South Hampton, NH.

Alice lost her mother at the age of two and credits her loving sisters raising her.  She was educated in a one room school house and a graduate of Exeter High.  A 1961 LPN graduate of the Exeter School of Nursing, she dedicated many years to nursing before retiring to be a nanny.  Many wonderful families were raised with her love & care.

Alice married Thomas H. Seward on July 1, 1967 and celebrated almost 56 years of marriage.

Together they share two children; Thomas Seward, Jr of Deerfield and Crystal E. Seward of Candia.  Alice is a grandmother to Paige & Catherine Seward and great grandmother to Aidan. She leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.
