Allen F. Manning

Allen “Mike” Manning, 74, of Pembroke, NH died Saturday, March 27, 2004 at home. He was born in Quincy, MA, son of the late Ralph and Madeline (Dewitt)Manning. Mike graduated from North Quincy High in 1948 and proudly served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He lived in Weymouth, MA for 35 years where he worked for Kent’s Carpetland. He and his wife have lived in Pembroke, NH for the past 17 years where Mike retired as a bus driver for Second Start in Concord. He leaves behind his wife of 53 years, Patricia (Goodwin) Manning; son, Robert of Pembroke, NH; daughter, Shirley Minott of Hanover, MA; son, Scott of Southbury, CT; 7 grandchildren; and sister, Muriel Foley of Weymouth, MA. There will be a Memorial Reception on Saturday, April 17th from 10:00 until 11:00 AM with a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at the Cremation Society of NH, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester, NH.
