Angelo Joseph Vigliotti

January 1, 1933 — February 4, 2023

Londonderry, NH

Angelo Joseph Vigliotti, 90, died Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Bedford Hills Center in Bedford, NH. He was born on January 1, 1933, in Jersey City, New Jersey, the son of the late Angelo M. Vigliotti and Frances P. (Fama) Vigliotti.

He was the husband of Linda A. (Meinerth) Vigliotti. They were married on February 9, 1996, in Rochester, NH.

Andy attended Medford, MA public schools and had some college education. He was in the United States Navy inactive from June 11, 1950, until his honorable discharge on December 12, 1953, as an airman.

Andy loved to play golf and even convinced Linda to play as well. Model trains were a hobby of his and he had a little town set up that he tinkered with. He also enjoyed working on model cars, watching TV, reading books; Ben Coes being one of his favorite authors and spending time with family and friends. Andy and Linda used to enjoy camping together; they did not have a clock, TV or other distractions, they were there to have fun and not worry about the time. He also liked traveling, which he and Linda did for a couple of years while she worked as a travel nurse, having the wonderful opportunity to see much of this beautiful country. Linda will always be grateful for their time together, having made so many wonderful memories that she will never forget. Andy will be remembered for his soft spoken and loving nature.

He was predeceased by his sister Sue Patterelli, her husband, Fred, and his nephew, Fred Patterelli.

In addition to his wife, Linda, Andy is survived by his four daughters, Angela McEwen, Robin Phillips, Virginia Lowrey of Rochester, NH and Susan Huggins of Maine; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

No formal services will be held at this time.
