Anthony "Tony" Martin, 74, of Forest Lane, Boscawen, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 16, 2017, after a long battle with illness.
Tony was born in Cornish, Maine, the son of John and Marie (Gallant) Martin.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Linda (Larlee); brother Paul and his wife Ida Martin of Hiram, Maine; brother Roger and his wife Annie Martin of Franconia, NH; sister Joyce Martin of Cornish, Maine, his children Medori Patrick, Kenneth Martin, and June Martin, all of Ohio, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was pre-deceased by his parents and brother, Israel "Bud" Martin.
Tony graduated from Fryeburg Academy in 1962. After graduation Tony enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist. Tony was a Vietnam Veteran and retired from the Air Force after 23 years of service at the rank of Technical Sergeant. Tony then went to work as a truck driver for North Country Golf Cart (formerly Venture Vehicles).

Funeral services will be held in the spring at the New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
Cremation Society of NH is assisting with the arrangements.
