Armand A. Proulx, 87, of 383 Orange Street, died May 3, 2003, at the Elliot Hospital after a short ilness. He was born in Manchester on February 4, 1916, the son of Maurice and Elodie (Fournier) Proulx, and had been a lifelong resident of Manchester. He worked for Power Electronics in Candia and retired from Continental Baking. Armand was a parishioner of St. Anthony Church and was the widower of Lucille (Bouchard) Proulx who died in 1984. He enjoyed watching sports and was a devoted father, grandfather and great grandfather. Family member include a son, Richard L. Proulx of Bedford, NH , two daughters, Denise F. Walsh of Manchester, NH and Sylvia Stacy of Candia, NH, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a brother, Leo Proulx of Florida, two sisters, Cecile Pratte of Bedford, NH and Juliette Proulx of Manchester, NH, many nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Anthony Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Donations may be made in his memory to the American Lung Association, 9 Cedarwood Drive # 12, Bedford, NH 03110, or the American Society, 360 Route 101, Unit 501, Bedford, NH 03110 or to one's favorite charity.
