Astro J. Tuomi

Astro J. Tuomi, almost 92, of North Conway died October 30, 2003 at Sunbridge Health Care after a short illness. Mr. Tuomi was born on November 9, 1911 in Chester, MA the son of the late John and Louisa (Tienhaara) Tuomi. He worked at American Optical in Southbridge, MA and retired from CPC in Sturbridge, MA where he was a design engineer. Family members include; his wife with whom he had spent almost 66 years, Helen Louise (Landrey) Tuomi; one son, Kenneth M. Tuomi of San Francisco, CA; one daughter, Jean E. Hurley and her husband George of Wonalancet, NH.
