Barbara was born on September 7, 1963, in Lowell, Massachusetts. A loving mother, sister, and daughter, Barbara spent most of her life in New Hampshire but also lived in Milpitas, California, where she worked in Mountain View assembling electronics.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Bruton; her sister, Charlene Watkins-Stockton, and nieces, Christine, Jamie, and Nicole; her stepdaughter, Shannon Noyer, and her granddaughter, Liyah; her former husband, Michael Noyer; her partner, Henry Pinard; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and her beloved cat, Baby.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Christine Watkins, and stepfather, Louie Adams. She will be honored by her family in a private remembrance service and is loved and missed by many.
