Benjamin J. Waniski

Benjamin(Ben) Waniski Sr. of Deerfield N.H. passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on May 3, 2021 after a period of declining health.

Born on March 31, 1940 in Hartford, CT. to Benjamin J Waniski & Helen E Gillette, he attended Hartford Schools and enlisted in the National Guard in 1959 serving 6 years as a Military Policeman. Ben worked at Silver Brothers & the Henniker Schools for a number of years.

Ben was all about family and is survived by his loving wife of 60 plus years Judith Ann Waniski and their five sons, Ben Jr. & his wife Bonnie from Deerfield N.H., Mark & his wife Jeannette of Prescott AZ, Peter & his wife Rachel of Allenstown N.H., Stan & his wife Shelly of Gilford N.H., and Anthony & his wife Kristen of Manchester N.H., a brother Lester Curnow of Maples FL., a nephew Lee Woodward of Deerfield N.H., cousin George & Terri Gillette of Pittsfield N.H., many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A special thank you to Bobbie Lavoie & Jacqueline Waniski for their love, support & care. Also many thanks to the VNA Hospice Team for their compassion & time spent for this family. Ben will be greatly missed by many.

There will be no services or calling hours. There will be a Celebration Of Life on June 20th at 6 Ridge Rd in Deerfield NH between 1-5 PM.
