He lived the first 43 years of his life in Wilton and West Wilton, NH. The past 20 years he resided in Greenville, NH. He is survived by his wife Maureen Frye, Greenville, NH; his brother and sister-in-law and their two children, Bennett and Karen Frye, Leslie and Ben of Marietta, Ga.; he is also survived by his two children from a previous marriage; his daughter and son-in-law and their two children, Steve and Heather Chamberlin, Chase and Jessica, of Bow, NH; his son Peter Frye of Nashua, NH; and numerous cousins. He was a member of the First Unitarian Congregation Society of Wilton Center, NH. and over the years was active on many committees in the church. He also served on the Planning Board in Greenville, NH. He was an independent contractor for most of his adult life and was involved in the reconstruction of antique homes as well as construction of new homes. His love of rehabilitating antique structures is widely known. For the past 7 years he has been a member of Ed's Country Auction House LLC, Rindge, NH, where he did appraisals and all that is involved in conducting an auction. He had an insatiable appetite for knowledge on all aspects of past and current history. He was a very private, but, outgoing man, and always quick with "a story". He will be deeply missed by those of us who loved him. There will be a private graveside service in the near future at South Cemetery, Wilton, NH.
