Bernard A. Wasiuk

Bernard A. Wasiuk, 83, of Hampton, New Hampshire died April 17, 2007 at Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover following a short illness. Bernard was born on September 17, 1923 in Whitinsville, Massachusetts the son of Anthony and Sophia (Jacobowicz) Wasiuk. He grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts and graduated from Becker College in Worcester, Massachusetts. He met and married his wife of 60 years, Lucienne (Beaudin) Wasiuk. For the last 25 years, Bernard worked at Medical Arts Hearing Instruments, Inc in Gardner, Massachusetts. Prior to that he worked as an accountant for various companies in the Worcester, Massachusetts area. Bernie loved to walk and enjoyed spending time with his wife and his son, daughter-in-law and grandkids. In the late 50’s and 60’s he was a championship candlepin bowler. In high school he was a skilled musician playing the piano and trumpet. Family members include; his wife, Lucienne of Hampton, New Hampshire; a son, Anthony Wasiuk and his wife, Darrylin of Hampton, New Hampshire; two grandsons, Peter and Michael of Hampton, New Hampshire. Services will be private. The family requests donations made to Seacoast Hospice, 10 Hampton Road Exeter, NH 03833. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements.
