Bernice Rae Kimball, 89, passed away peacefully on March 11th at Villa Crest Nursing Center.  She was the beloved wife for 70 years of Harry H. Kimball of Bedford and leaves sons Gary J. of Houston, TX and Marc I. of Goffstown, NH, and granddaughters Danielle of New York, Sidney of Derry, NH, and Samantha of Goffstown, NH.

Bernice was born in Pittsburgh, PA, September 12, 1934 to Henrietta and Daniel Neuman. 

Bernice was one of the original Nuclear Medicine Technologist and originated the Department of Nuclear Medicine at Central General Hospital in Plainview, Long Island and served as the Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist for 10 years. Her husband sold nuclear medicine accessories to the hospitals and clinics in New York. Her husband was transferred to Massachusetts where Bernice opened the discount bridal shop Bridal Scene in Stoughton, MA.  She was also very active in assisting her husband in promoting his line of nuclear accessories in the New England area. Upon moving to Boynton Beach, FL, she resumed promoting nuclear medicine accessories in Florida and being active in the nuclear societies. She was fortunate that with her husband and family she was able to travel Europe, Israel, England, go on many cruises, and see much of the United States. In 2014 along with her husband she moved to Bedford, NH to be close to her son Marc in Goffstown where she remained active in community affairs and family services.
