Beulah L. Lane was born December 19, 1913, in Columbia, Pennyslvania, the daughter of the late William And Alice Buck and died August 11, 2000, at the Wellstone House in Raymond, NH, an assisted living facility, where she has been residing. She graduated from Robert Packer Hospital School of Nursing in 1935, and worked at Robert Packer Hospital as a registered nurse in post anesthesia when she left her professional carrer in December of 1975. Mrs. Lane was an avid reader of Biblical, historical and political texts and made many museum quality quilts for her family. She survived three of her children and is survived by a daughter, Jean A. Dimock of Newfields, NH. , her four grandchildren, Craig S. Lane of Leesburg, VA., Heather Lane Brown of Haneoye Falls, NY, Stephanie J. Dimock Burgraff of Templeton, Ma., and Jonathan W. Dimock of Newfields, NH, one great grandchild, Kyle Lane Brown, her sister, Ollie Potter of Winter Haven, Florida, her brother Lauren D. Buck of New Port Richey, Florida, foster twins,. Dorothy Weber of East Patchague, NY and Dalice Yost of Redford, Michigan, nieces and nephews. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, 472 Ocean Road, Portsmouth, NH where a memorial service will be held for her on Saturday, September 2, 2000, at 2 PM. Friends and family wishing are asked to make donations to her church, in lieu of flowers, for the purpose of taking Bibles into Russia. Burial will be in Tioga Cemetery, Tioga, NY. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements. .
