Brandon Scott Hanson

Brandon Scott Hanson, 47, passed away unexpectedly on March 15th, 2018 due to cardiac issues. Brandon spent most of his childhood in Loudon, NH where he attended Merrimack Valley High School. At the time of his passing Brandon resided in Sandown, NH.

Brandon was born in Medford, Massachusetts on September 5th, 1970. He is survived by his mother, Paulette (Soly) Hanson and his father, Bruce Hanson. He leaves behind his eight children Alexandria, Nicolette, Brandon Jr, Cassidy, William, Bruce, Wyatt and Malcolm as well as Zachary, Mason and Evan who he cared for like they were his.

He will be remembered through the many people still left behind whose lives he touched with his humor, wit and love. His partner, brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; those that he was given and those whom he chose, because to Brandon if you were a friend, you were family to him.

Brandon was thoroughly interested in politics, science and religion and enjoyed spirited discussions about any of these subjects with anyone that was able to keep up. He consistently worked hard and he remained a student of life. Music and the sun were the fuel for his soul.

As a truck driver he enjoyed many sunrises and sunsets across the country. He served in the Army where he was awarded a High Markmanship award and was also deployed to Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert storm.

Services will be 12:30 – 2:30, Saturday March 24th at The Cremation Society of NH , 243 Hanover Street Manchester, NH. Final resting place will be Mount Calvary Cemetery.
