Brenda Brooks

Brenda Lee Brooks, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed peacefully on December 8, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born to Frank and Helen Guest, Brenda grew up in a large, lively family whose bonds shaped her gentle spirit and steadfast devotion to those she loved.

Brenda is survived by her husband and the love of her life for 56 wonderful years, Paul Brooks, as well as her children, Joseph Brooks and Kristie Brooks. Brenda cherished her siblings—Phillip Guest, Cheryl Trudeau, Joyce Bucknam, Jacqueline Heuser, Terry Guest, Ernest Guest, Mary Bigwood, and Frank Guest Jr., as well as her brothers- and sisters-in-law, whom she held dear. She also held a special place in her heart for her many cousins, nieces, and nephews, who adored her.

Known for her boundless love without judgment, Brenda cherished family gatherings and celebrations above all. Her happiest moments were spent surrounded by the people she loved, sharing stories, laughter, meals, and memories.

Brenda’s faith was a guiding light throughout her life. A lifelong member of Saint Patrick’s Parish in Nashua, New Hampshire, she participated in numerous prayer groups and found deep purpose and comfort in her spiritual community.

She was also known for her playful and curious spirit. Brenda delighted in friendly competitions, particularly card games like Skip-Bo and Whist, as well as dice games. She loved reading mysteries, solving puzzles, watching birds, and admiring the beauty of butterflies. These simple joys reflected her appreciation for life’s small wonders.

Arrangements: A Mass will be held in Brenda’s honor at St. Patrick’s Parish in Nashua, NH, on January 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Edgewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in memory of Brenda.
