Brian Mullane, the beloved father of Kyle Mullane, Kelly Gallagher, and Kerry Nutting, peacefully passed away on February 3rd, 2025. 

He was born in Cambridge, MA and grew up in the West Side of Woburn, MA with his mother, Annie, father, Bill, and siblings: Michael, Gary, Billy, Jackie, and Leigh. 

He graduated from Woburn Senior High School in 1971 and The University of Massachusetts in 1976. He began his professional career as a cost accountant with Parker Brothers Games in Salem and their Plant Financial Manager in Des Moines, Iowa. He then spent several years with the parent company, General Mills in Minneapolis, as a Senior Internal Auditor. He returned to the cost accounting subsidiary Monet Jewelers in Rhode Island as a Cost Accounting Manager. He concluded his financial career as Senior Vice President and CFO of R.S. Means Construction Publishing in Kingston, MA. He filled out his remaining working years at the United States Postal Service. 

Brian spent most of his retirement years in Portsmouth, NH where he was a dedicated volunteer at NHSPCA, Gather Seacoast Food Pantry, and several other organizations. He returned to his hometown of Woburn and enjoyed his final years spending time with his six wonderful grandchildren, Harper, Mason, Jaxon, Bailey, Greyson, and Gabriella. 

A burial will be held on February 21st at 10:00am at Woodbrook Cemetery in Woburn, MA. All are welcomed to celebrate the life of Brian.
