Bruce L Kurinskas

Bruce Lee Kurinskas, age 79, passed away on December 8, 2025. He was born in Brockton, MA to parents Albert Kurinskas and Barbara (McQuinn) Kurinskas.

Bruce attended Whitman Hanson High School, Andover Institute of Business, and Stone Hill College. He was proud of his 4 years of service in the US Navy where he served on the USS Hunley in Charleston, SC.

Bruce owned and operated a number of candy stores and a wholesale candy business. He served as the Deputy Treasurer and was on the Budget Committee for the Town of Pembroke, NH and volunteered for SCORE (Service Corp of Retired Executives), The First T, and Rotary International..

Bruce enjoyed playing golf, bowling, exercising and watching the Patriots. Bruce was a proud father and grandfather.

Bruce will be missed by is wife of 18 years, Nancy Backes Kurinskas. They enjoyed their life together high lighted by the 9 years they lived in Murrells Inlet, SC, where Bruce enjoyed playing golf almost daily.

Bruce leaves his two sons and their wives, Scott and Colleen of San Mateo, CA, Jay and Kymra of Peterborough, NH, his daughter Jessica and her husband Donald Whitelaw of Chatham, NH, and step son Paul Crutchley and his wife Heather of Willliamsport, PA. He also leaves his four grandchildren Avery, Anya, Ryan and Juliet and his brother Albert and his wife Linda of Foxborough, MA.
