Carm grew up in Manchester, NH attended local schools, and was a graduate of Saint Joseph High School, Manchester, NH, Class of 1954.

Carm met her husband, Raymond “Ray” Roberts, around the time of her high school graduation, married on December 1, 1956, and shared 67+ years together. She was a loving wife to Ray, and mother of four children, Susan, Thomas, Lisa, and Paul,

Carm’s coworkers at State Farm Insurance friendly nicknamed her, “Granny Two Sneakers” after watching her move swiftly about the office accomplishing task after task.

In her leisure time, Carm cherished moments spent with family and friends. She also enjoyed quiet time alone. Carm took pleasure in a leisurely walk, tending the garden, playing games & puzzles, reading a book, or watching a movie. Also, when the opportunity arose, Carm enjoyed going on vacation, and had the fondest of memories from two trips she took to Hawaii with Ray, and their dear friends, Bob & Arlene Ackerson, Stan & Patty Lencki, and Dr. William & Barbara Kearney.

A devout Catholic, Carm attended mass regularly and was deeply rooted in her faith. Early on, she attended services in Manchester, then at Our Lady of Mercy in Merrimack, later at Saint Raphael Parish in Manchester, and most recently at Saint John the Baptist Church in Allenstown.
