Carolyn Louise Parker, 85, of Milford, New Hampshire, formerly of Winthrop, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Winthrop, MA, on January 13, 1940, Carolyn devoted her life to caring for others—both professionally and personally. She began her career as a nurse’s aide, providing compassion and comfort to countless patients, and later worked as a bank teller, where her warmth and kindness were felt by all who met her.

Carolyn was married to the love of her life, Dave Parker, for a wonderful 67 years and six months. Together, they built a life centered on family, faith, and love. After working outside the home, Carolyn took time away from her career to raise their four children and care for their home. Her nurturing heart extended beyond her own family—she and Dave opened their home to eight foster children, offering stability, love, and care to many who needed it most.

Carolyn is survived by her beloved children: Debbie and her husband Scott, and their children Kelly, Cory, and Adam; Cory’s wife Leah and their children Parker and Ezra; Adam’s fiancée Jessica and her daughter River; David Jr.; Karen and her husband Ron, and their son Zachary and his wife Summitt; and John and his wife Paula, and their children Delaney and Brennan. Carolyn treasured the years she spent caring for both Delaney and Brennan, showering them with love and devotion.

She is also survived by her dear sister Arlene and her husband Joseph Montalto, and was predeceased by her sister Joanne of Maine.

Carolyn’s legacy of kindness, selflessness, and unconditional love will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was defined by compassion and family.
