Cassie MacKenzie

Cassie M. MacKenzie of Sanbornton, N.H. passed away after a brief and sudden illness on October 3, 2016.
She was born April 24,1955, the eldest daughter of Clarence and Ellen McKenzie. She grew up in Salisbury, NH. She attended school in Merrimack Valley School District. She held numerous jobs throughout her life. She was employed by HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Concord since Oct. 21,1992 when it opened. Cassie held various positions including: licensed nursing assistant, administrative assistant, nursing scheduler, and unit secretary. She was predeceased by her parents, and older brother Jesse, grandson Mason Leonard, and granddaughter Macie Leonard. She is survived by her 2 daughters: Christy Blodgett, her husband Nicholas, and their children Nicholas and Ashlie of Maine; Brenda Leonard, her husband Jonathan, and their son Cleon of Loudon; her life partner of 22+ years, Steve LaBelle of Sanbornton;sister Binnie Dufresne , and husband James, of Salisbury; and brothers Bill McKenzie of Warner, and Guy Rollins of PA; as well as many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
Cassie you will be missed, but we will never forget you. We will be celebrating her life in the spring of 2017.
