Charles Robert Bayrd

Charles R. Bayrd, 69, of Derry, NH died October 3, 2004 at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, MA following a brief bout with cancer. Mr. Bayrd was born on April 16, 1935 in Wakefield, MA the son of the late Charles and Catherine (Phinney) Bayrd. Prior to retiring he had worked for Wakefield Engineering for over 20 years. Mr. Bayrd and his wife enjoyed camping throughout New England and were members of NAFCA. He also enjoyed music and collecting records. Family members include; his wife of 49 years, Jean (Russell) Bayrd; two sons, James Bayrd of Derry and Eric Bayrd of Canada; two daughters, Laura Krajcik of Derry and April Sanders of Maine; seven grandchildren; Jessica, Susan, Shane, Shawna, Joseph, Nancy and Robert; and two brothers, Arthur Bayrd and Steven Bayrd both of CA. There will be Memorial Reception on Wednesday, October 6th from 6 until 8:00 PM at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester.
