Charles A. Bodien

Charles A. Bodien, 82, of Cornish, NH died August 11, 2003 at Mt. Ascutney Hospital in Windsor, Vermont following a brief illness. Mr. Bodien was born on June 14, 1921 in Hoboken, New Jersey the son of the late Charles and Thordis (Larsen) Bodien. He was a U S Navy Veteran who served during World War II. He had worked as a video engineer for CBS in New York City for over 30 years. After he retired, Mr. Bodien relocated to New England. He was predeceased by his wife, Ruth Marie (Von der Osten) Bodien who died in September of 2001. Family members include; two sons, Bruce Bodien of Kempton, PA and Charles A.Bodien Jr. of Salisbury, NH; one daughter, Eileen Katchen of Cornish, NH; two grandchildren; one sister, Evie Hendricksen of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.
