Charles Robert Crabtree (“Chuck”), 87, died peacefully at home on January 21, 2024, in Hooksett, New Hampshire surrounded by family. He was born on March 8, 1936, in Carroll, Iowa, the son of Ray Glenn Crabtree and Estella May Crabtree.

He is the husband of Brenda Faulkner Crabtree to whom he was married for forty-nine loving years. They were married on October 19, 1974, in Kinston, North Carolina and settled in Rockville, Virginia to raise their three children. He served in the Army and was a cryptographer in Korea during peace time. He worked for 35 years for Ford Motor Company in the Credit division until his retirement in 2000. He and Brenda spent fifteen wonderful years of their retirement in Currituck and New Bern, N.C. where they enjoyed the beaches of Nags Head and Emerald Isle. Chuck spent his days golfing with Brenda in New Bern and enjoying time with numerous friends and family. In 2015, he and Brenda moved to Hooksett, NH to live with their daughter Jaime, her husband Chris and their four children.
