Charles J Duggen, 67, passed away March 29, 2021at the Elliot Hospital. He was born July 10, 1953 to the late Mary and Charles Duggen.
He graduated from West High School and was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. He retired from JJ Nissen after 30 years of employment.
Charles was a practicing Jehovah's Witness and was rooted in his faith. He enjoyed traveling and helping those in need. He enjoyed watching his granddaughter, Avery play and enjoy her life.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Kristen, his step daughters Jessica and Jennifer Blais and his granddaughter Avery Gagnon. Siblings William Duggen, Richard Duggen, Judith Mariano and Mary Ann St. Onge. Several nieces and nephews
No services are being held at this time.
Following cremation, a private burial will be held for the family.
