Obituary for Rev. Charles David Hoyt Rev. Charles David Hoyt of Concord died Thursday, August 31, of complications following heart surgery at the age of 74. A retired United Methodist Minister, devoted friend, and caring volunteer worker, he will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held at 3:30 p.m., September 14 at Havenwood Retirement Community, 33 Christian Avenue, Concord.
