Chuck was born February 2, 1952 in Manchester, New Hampshire to Norman and Gertrude Leeds.

He was the proud husband to Janet "Jan" Leeds, married December 4, 1982 in 70 degree weather that still holds the record to this day. They were each other's best friend and loved going on road trips to the Nubble Lighthouse and along the Kancamagus Highway.

He was known for "tinkering" in his workshop, whether he was building something, labeling and organizing, or creating some new gadget to make a process easier. He also enjoyed the peace and tranquility of kayaking.
