Charles J Nutt

Charles J. Nutt, age 60, died at home on June 12, 2021 in Manchester, NH, surrounded by family.

Charlie was born in Lowell, MA to Claire M. (Perry) Nutt and Kenneth A.R. Nutt, Sr. on September 15, 1960. He was the third of six children.

Charlie was raised in Dracut, MA and attended Dracut High School. He graduated in the class of 1979.

After graduation he met his wife, Denise, at D'Youville Manor Nursing Home in Lowell, MA. This is where their love affair started. Denise was a Sophomore at Lowell High School and graduated on June 9th, 1982. She and Charlie married 3 days later on June 12th. They never looked back for 39 years, always working together as a true team.

Charlie started working for Wang Laboratories in 1979. He also worked for Marshall Industries and most recently, at Arrow Electronics.

Charlie's nickname was Smiley. He was a family man and enjoyed barbeques, lake days, vacations and more with Denise, their children and grandchildren. He loved jumping in to help his sons with home projects and he and his wife were always there unconditionally for family with love and support.

Charlie is predeceased by his father, Kenneth A.R. Nutt, Sr.

Charlie is survived by his wife Denise (Obdens) Nutt, son Christopher Nutt and wife Meghan, son Joseph Nutt and Bri, grandson Brody and granddaughters Addison and Kennedy; his mother Claire M. (Perry) Nutt, two brothers, Kenneth and his wife Nicole of Lowell, MA and John and his wife Nadine of Londonderry, NH, his three sisters, Claire (Nutt) Richard and husband John of Merrimack, NH, Mary P. (Nutt) Paquin and husband Michael of Nashua, NH and Marlene Brady of Manchester, NH, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
