Charles Thomen

Charles Thomen, age 81, died at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover on December 10, 2007. Charles was born on December 24, 1925 in New York, NY. He retired as a First Sergeant from the US Army, having served in WWII, Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a member of the VFW, TREA, and volunteered with the Retired Activities Office. He leaves behind his loving wife of 50 years, Dorothy (Murphy), daughters Charlotte Hubbard and her husband Greg, of Stillwater, MN, Kristin Fitzpatrick and her husband Bruce, of Nashua, NH, and 4 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2007 at 2:30pm at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashua. 58 Lowell Street, Nashua. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either The Salvation Army or The Hyder Family Hospice House of Dover, NH.
