Charles Stanley Yerger, 84, passed away peacefully after a long illness on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 in the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.

He was born in Hereford, Pennsylvania on January 30, 1936 and was the son of the late Charles and Rosa (Eppler) Yerger. Charles lived in Herford for many years and then relocated to New Hampshire. He proudly served our country for the U.S. Army from 1956 until 1960 when he was honorably discharged.

He was employed as Police Officer in Pelham and worked as a road agent in Lyndeboro. He was also a talented tool and die maker. Charles will be remembered for being a loving father.

He is survived by his only daughter, Sharon Yerger of Arizona and his sister, Mae Gerhart of Pennsylvania. He also leaves his grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
