Cheryl Ann Neveu, 63, of Allenstown, NH passed away Saturday, April 24th in the comfort and familiarity of her own home.
Cheryl was born in Manchester, NH November 12, 1957 to Rene and Pauline Neveu and spent the majority of her life in the heart of Vermont where she owned and operated a 20 acre farm. She attended college in VT and earned a degree in Criminal Justice. She worked for 35 years for the USPS as Postmaster in VT earning several awards.
Cheryl was extremely creative and very artistic. She could paint in every medium and her hand painted slate scenes were sold in local gift shops. She was skilled at crochet work, knitting, embroidery, stained glass, soap making, chair caning and basket weaving. She loved belly dancing, kayaking, camping, her flower gardens and her fruit trees. She was a homemaker that enjoyed canning and making preserves. She especially loved the ocean and would be at the beach at every opportunity.
Cheryl was predeceased by her parents and her brothers, Mike and Dick. She leaves behind 6 sisters and a brother, her son and daughter, 3 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her beloved cat, Lyra.
