Christopher M. Lanagan

Christopher Michael Lanagan, 40, passed away on May 10, 2024 in Salisbury, Massachusetts.

Christopher was born in Newburyport, MA on March 18, 1984 the son of Daniel “Danny” McIntyre and Florence (Lanagan) Pehowic. He graduated from Constantino middle school and then went off to Whitter Regional Vocational Technical High School where he played basketball. He left school in the 10^th grade to take care of his siblings but later in life went on to obtain his GED.

Throughout the years he had worked at a number of different places before finding his true passion for tattoo artistry. He was a lover of tattooing beautiful pieces of art, and genuinely took pride in his work. Those inked pieces are now a permanent display of his love and talent passed on to those he loved. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time or playing a game of basketball. He was on a Darts team at a local bar, and could often be found working on cars for fun. His children were the most important and cherished aspect of his life and he will be truly missed by all.

Chris is survived by his sons, Kyle Lanagan (20) and Kameron Lanagan (17), daughters, Halena Lanagan (15) and Ava Langan (14), and their mother Christina Christiansen; son Zeus L. Lanagan (4) and his mother Ashley Carleton; father Danny McIntyre and his wife Cheryl; mother Florence Pehowic and her husband Joe, and father figure Victor Arsenault; siblings, Dain Blackadar, Shain Arsenault, Leona Legros, Lethia Lee Reynolds, Kiara Derry, and Adam Steven; grandparents, Fran Duffy Hollis and James McIntyre, and Norma Morey and William McQuaid; uncles, Ken Lanagan and Duckie Lanagan; aunt Dale Lanagan; and many other close family and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, May 23^rd from 12:00pm-1:00pm at The Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. A memorial service will follow at 1:00pm in the funeral home. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend.
