Clair Brennan

Clair (Gibbas) Brennan, 50, of Somersworth, died July 16, 2002, surrounded by her loving family at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Ma., after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on November 3, 1951 in Portsmouth, NH the daughter of Doris (Berube) Gibbas and the late John P. Gibbas. Clair was a life long resident of the tri-city area and attended Rollingsford and Somersworth schools and had significant careers with Encore Shoe in Rochester and most recently with Bournival Group in Portsmouth. Family members include her soulmate David Bye and his family, her daughter Kristi Frazier of Somersworth her grandson Shane Frazier of Somersworth her mother of Somersworth, NH, two brothers John ''Mike'' Gibbas of Dover, NH and Mark Gibbas of Amesbury, Ma. A service of the Word will be at Holy Trinity Church, 404 High Street, Somersworth, on Wednesday morning at 10 O'Clock. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements
