Claudette Marie Sullivan

Claudette Marie Sullivan passed away peacefully, with her husband Michael by her side, on Monday June 10, 2024 following a brief illness. 

 She was a graduate of St. Anthony’s High School, and spent many years working as an administrative support specialist, retiring from Lincoln Financial in 2015. 

 Claudette was a free spirit, enjoying life on her terms, relishing her motorcycle “rides to nowhere” with her husband, and cherishing her spiritual retreats. She felt blessed to have visited the religious sites of Medugorje and Jerusalem. 

 Her true passion for which she was the most proud were the years she spent as a professional figure skater. She was happiest on the ice and spent over 35 years as a teaching professional with the Southern New Hampshire figure skating club, attaining the level of gold dancer with the USFSA. She was a talented teacher and, together with her good friend and skating partner Leo Latulippe, ran the power skating program for the Manchester Flames Hockey team. 

 Having no children of her own she was devoted to her many nieces and nephews to whom she was known affectionately as just "Auntie". She shared her zest for life and her passion for skating with all of them as their teacher, coach, mentor and cheerleader. 

 She is survived by Michael her husband of 50 years, her brother Ralph (Lorraine) Tremblay, her sister Joanne (Michael) Benoit, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. She was pre deceased by her parents Raoul and Lucette Tremblay, three sisters, and two brothers.

 A private family ceremony will be held with interment in Boscawen military cemetery. Donations in her honor may be made to the NH SPCA at https://nhspca.org/.
