Claudia DeProspero died peacefully on March 13, 2026 in Durham, NH.

Claudia was born on August 9, 1946 in Nuremberg, Germany to Truddie and Robert Jones.

Upon their return to the US after WWII, they resided in Pepperell, Massachusetts. Claudia did not have any children but is survived by her sister, Pamela who is married to Donald Meredith and her nieces, Natalie and Michelle. She is also survived by her second husband, David S. DeProspero, LTC, Retired, U.S. Army Reserves.

Claudia graduated from Lowell General School of Nursing and later received her B.S. in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire. She had a forty year career in Nursing including service in the U.S Air Force Reserves as an outstanding Flight Nurse, Intensive Care Nurse, and Nursing Supervisor achieving the rank of Major. She served in Desert Storm and was always a great mentor and friend.

She loved collecting antiques, gardening, and music.

SERVICES: Claudias final resting place will be next to her parents in the Pepperell Cemetery where she will be honored with a military ceremony in May.
