Cleon L. Emerson

Cleon L. Emerson, Jr., 69, of 130 South Winchester Street, West Swanzey, NH died suddenly on March 17, 2000 at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene. Mr. Emerson was born on October 22, 1930 in West Swanzey, NH the son of the late Cleon and Evelyn (Hale) Emerson, Sr. He was employed by the Town of Swanzey for many years and was a U S Marine Veteran. Family members include; his wife of 46 years, Shirley (Dyke) Emerson; one son, Michael Emerson of Marlborogh, NH; one daughter, Mrs. Andy (Brenda) Lupien of Lakeland, FL; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren; two brothers, Ralph Emerson of Northfield, MA and Linwood Emerson of West Swanzey, NH; four sisters, Lorraine White of Fitzwilliam, NH, Sue Lash of Massachusetts, Jeannie Joslin of West Swanzey and Karen Maynard of West Swanzey; several nieces and nephews.
