Clinton T. Hilliard, 75 of Nottingham, N.H formerly of Antrim, N.H. Died peacefully in his home on February 14 of liver cancer. He was the beloved husband of Eunice Hilliard whom he shared 42 years of marriage. Born in Easton, PA on March 16, 1927 with Cerebral Palsy, a brain disorder resulting in loss of motor control, he was the son of the late Mary Willson and Clinton Thielens Hilliard. Despite being born with a disabled condition he successfully graduated from Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Natural Science and later from the University of Alabama with a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology. Throughout his life, Clinton had a tremendous impact on all that knew him, his strong will, ability to conquer adversity and charismatic character encouraged all around him to strive to a higher level. Clinton was the Head of the Speech and Hearing Department at Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center and went on to become the Head of Speech and Hearing at Hogan Regional Center in Danvers, Ma. He also taught summer school at Northeastern University and Boston University. In addition, to his wife he is survived by his sister, Mary Willson Hilliard of Lexington, VA; Edward Carty of Hauppauge, NY and daughter Judy Hilliard of Swampscott, MA. A private memorial service was held in Clint's home on February 15 and a public memorial service is being planned for early spring.
