Corrine F. LaChance

Corrine F. LaChance, 74, of Raymond died March 15, 2005 at Rockingham County Nursing Home. Mrs. LaChance was born on May 12, 1930 in Lunenburg, MA the daughter of the late Roy and Marion (Massey) Smith. She was very active in the Woman’s Auxiliary of the VFW. Corrine was dedicated to her community and volunteered for many organizations in Raymond. She loved animals and took care of many of the local strays. Corrine was very proud of her children and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Clifford LaChance who died in 1966. Family members include; three daughters, Linda LaChance of Norwalk, CT, Melodye Smith of Auburn, and Marie Mallahan of Goffstown; two sons, Mark LaChance of Appleton, WI and Matthew LaChance of Old Saybrook, CT; 12 grandchildren; four sisters, Alice Morris of Las Vegas, NV, Marge Nisula of Manchester, Mae Pierce of Claremont and Lila Burke of Holliston, MA; and many nieces and nephews. There will be a Memorial Reception on Saturday, March 19th from 1:00 until 2:00 PM with a Memorial Service at 2:00 at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester.
