Cynthia Marie “Cindy” Frazier, 75, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 11, 2026. Born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, she was the beloved daughter of Foster Dionne and Barbara Woolaver.

Cindy was a devoted member of Trinity United Methodist Church in New Bern, NC, where her passion for music shone brightly as an active member of the church choir. She lived to sing and brought joy to all who heard her voice.

She is survived by her husband, three children, six cherished grandchildren, two brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews. Cindy’s warmth, faith, and love for family will be remembered forever.
