Daniel Chloros

Daniel Payne Chloros, husband, father and friend, passed away from cardiac arrest on Friday, December 21, 2018 at the age of 54. Daniel was born in Manchester, NH to Antonio (Tony) and Kathleen Chloros on August 4, 1964. He attended and graduated Manchester Memorial High School before enrolling into the University of NH. There he earned Bachelor Degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Most recently, in 2015, he had acquired an Executive MBA from UNH as well.

Daniel Chloros, for many years, was an entrepreneur and found fulfillment in the fields of Information Technology and Communications. In the past two decades, he co-owned and operated two businesses in these industries, employing dozens of people and providing special opportunities to many young graduates of NH colleges through internships. He had a heartfelt desire to motivate and encourage the potential in each of the people with whom he worked. Contributing to the business community of NH was also very important to him. At the time of his death, he was employed at TPx Communications in Manchester.
Daniel traveled quite a bit in his professional life, and it was on one of these trips that he met his wife, Crystal Hawkins. After a few years of long-distance dating, Dan proposed marriage and Crystal relocated from Kansas to New Hampshire. Originally from New Jersey, Crystal's immediate family were able to join the host of friends and family who attended their wedding in August of 1998. Dan & Crystal resided in Manchester for several years before they decided to start a family. In 2003, their daughter, Sadie Payne Chloros, was born. Three years later, their family was blessed with a son, Daniel Everett Payne Chloros. Dan was an incredibly loving husband and father. He was known to frequently express his love and pride of his children.

Daniel Chloros is survived by his wife, Crystal; his two children, Sadie & Danny; his mother, Kathleen Payne Chloros of Manchester, NH; and his father and step-mother, Tony and Lorrie Chloros of Winter Haven, FL. He will also be remembered by his oldest sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Steve Parsons of Manchester; his other sister, Karen Rozansky, also from Manchester; and his three step-brothers, Michael, Timothy & Steven Gromko. He has left behind a very much-loved aunt, Victoria Lesnyk of Northwood, NH, and her two daughters, Barbara Shoopman, Kingston, NH and Cassandra Lesnykof Northwood, NH; as well two paternal cousins, Carl Chloros and Felecia Dunn, both in Mnchester, NH. He will also be fondly remembered by a host of extended family, in-laws, friends and co-workers.

Daniel Chloros was cremated according to his wishes. There will be a memorial celebration of his life on Friday, December 28, 2018. It will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH 03104.
