Daniel L. Plourde, 68, of Antrim died July 24, 2003 at Harborside in Peterborough following a long illness. Mr. Plourde was born on December 12, 1934 in Houlton, Maine, son of the late Albert and Elizabeth (Raymond) Plourde. He was a United States Marine Corps. Veteran who saw two tours of duty in Vietnam. He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer in 1974 after 22 years of service. He had many hobbies and enjoyed his family life; especially spending time with his grandchildren. Family members include; his wife of 47 years, Ramona (Casey) Plourde; three sons, Mark Plourde of Grafton, MA, Daniel D. Plourde of Northfield, NH and Kevin Plourde of Windham, NH; one daughter, Kimberly Brierley of Concord, NH; ten grandchildren; two sisters, Frances Cripps of Clearwater, FL and Christine Groves of Manchester, CT; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Groves. The Memorial Service will be private and at the convenience of the family.
