Daren Lambroff

Daren Lambroff of Reading, MA, age 52, sadly passed away on October 30, 2019. Daren was born on Loring Air Force Base in Limestone, ME to Sue Giggey and the late Darryl A. Lambroff. Daren lived in Maine and Ohio before attending Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida where he met some of his best buddies and lifelong friends who affectionately called him "Doc". After Jesuit, Daren attended Northeastern University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance.

Daren spent his career in sales, working his way up from an inside sales representative at Boston Scientific Corporation to Regional Sales Manager for many healthcare related companies. Outside of work, Daren loved spending time with his family, especially his three children, Hunter, Mia & Brynn. Daren's absolute favorite thing to do was take his kids on summer trips to Maine. Daren shared his passion of surfing and golfing with Hunter, Mia & Brynn, outfitting them with wet-suits and golf clubs and teaching them how to ride and play both in York, Maine and at Meadow Brook Golf Club. Daren was always engaged with his kids, throwing them around in a pool, making castles with them on the beach or simply having fun with them as he was his kids' greatest playmate. Daren loved to make his three children laugh and in doing so, he provided unscripted and welcome entertainment to both them and their friends.

Daren was loved by many people, including his children, Hunter, Mia and Brynn Lambroff of Reading, MA, his wife, Pamela Demattia and her children, Addison, Audrey & Ava Durso of Reading, his mother, Sue Giggey of Bradenton, FL, his siblings, Matt Giggey and wife Bahati and sons Christian and Malcolm of Hayward, CA, Alex and Lisa Lambroff of Piqua, OH, and his first wife, Meredith Lambroff of Reading. Daren is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

There are so many that will miss Daren's corny sense of humor and a great smile. To honor Daren, donations can be made to the Surfrider Foundation (www.surfrider.org) to support the cleanup of our coasts, lending to a revitalization of a clean healthy planet… a fitting tribute to the surfer in Daren.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, December 16th at Saint Agnes Church, 186 Woburn Street, Reading Massachusetts.
