David Fletcher

David M. Fletcher, 74, of Berlin, NH, passed away peacefully after a period of declining health with his loving wife of 49 years, Diane, by his side.

He was born on August 5, 1949, to the late Maurice and Raejenne (Dupuis) Fletcher. David was a lifelong resident of Berlin. On August 2, 1975, he married Diane Marie Cloutier.

David loved fishing, hunting, and bowling. His first job was at Dumais Taxi, where he met Diane while giving her a ride. Later, David worked for the papermill before working at the hydro plant for 13 years. David ended his career as a security guard for Vescom Security, where he worked for 12 years.

David is survived by his wife, Diane; sister, Sharon Roberge and husband Ron of Florida; sister, in law, Louise Tyler of Berlin; granddaughter, Jayden Fletcher of Berlin; and many nephews, niece, and cousins. In addition to his parents, David was predeceased by his son, Scott Fletcher.

The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Creppy and the North Country Home Health and Hospice.

ARRANGEMENTS: Following his wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
