David A. Heyl, 68, of Litchfield died January 1, 2007 at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua following a brief illness. He was born on November 20, 1938 in Brockton, MA the son of the late Walter and Mildred (Holbrook) Heyl. David was an employee of Toyota of Nashua where he had been working since 1991. He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting and fishing. His greatest passion was for his family who will miss him dearly. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Family members include; his wife of 34 years, Dorothy (Faria) Heyl; two daughters, Krista and her husband, Kevin Dwyer of Londonderry and Andrea and her husband, Christopher Dusthimer of Santa Fe, New Mexico; three granddaughters, Marlena Dwyer, Drea Dwyer and Camryn Dusthimer; one brother, Ernest Heyl of Ft. Meyers, FL; one sister, Sandra MacLean of Norton, MA; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Heyl had been anxiously awaiting the birth of his first grandson, Owen David who was due to be born in April. There will be a Memorial Reception on Thursday, January 4th from 10:00 until 10:30 with a Memorial Service at 10:30 at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester.
