David J. McGrath, Sr., 69, of 8 Hale Extension, Barrington, NH died September 13, 2004, at Frisbee Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NH<br><br>He was born in Wolfboro, NH on February 20, 1935, the son of the late Frank and Hannah (Spence) McGrath and had been a resident of Barrington. David was with the U.S. Postal Service in Manchester for 26 years. He was a dedicated member of the Jehovah Witnesses since 1968. Mr. McGrath loved boating in the NH lakes and was an avid outdoorsman. He was predeceased by his son Michael McGrath who died in 2000.<br><br>Family members include his wife of 46 years, Theresa (Almeida) McGrath of Barrington, four sons; David J. McGrath, Jr., of Bedford, Virginia, Paul McGrath of Kingman, Arizona, Joel McGrath of Laconia, NH and Matthew McGrath of Barrington, NH, four daughters; Kim Bixler of Roanoke, Virginia, Theresa Lampert of Woodstock, Georgia, Maureen Bothelo of Tiverton, Rhode Island and Susan Liuzzi of Plymouth, Massachusetts, 17 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a brother; Paul McGrath of Rockland, Massachusetts, three sisters; Ann Jordan of Belmont Hills, Massachusetts, Peggy Wilber of Maine and Pat Nelson of Bedford, Virginia, several nieces, nephews and cousins.<br><br>There will be no visiting hours.<br><br>SERVICES: Relatives and friends are welcomed to a memorial service for David at Brentwood Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Rte. 27<br>Brentwood, NH on Saturday September 25, 2004 at 3 PM.<br>
